Capabilities
Bounding Boxes and Opacity Improvements
We've made bounding box enhancements to improve recognition clarity and user experience:
Body Bounding Box: Now includes a full-body bounding box alongside face detection.
Tracking Indicators: Tracks are highlighted with green bounding boxes that turn red upon recognition.
Enhanced Opacity: Areas with detected people are now more transparent, making it easier to view surrounding details.
Improved Crop Quality: Crops of detected individuals now display the highest scoring detection in the track for better precision.
Create People from Alerts
New options are available for handling detections and recognition alerts:
Create New People Profiles: Directly create a new profile from an unknown detection.
Add to Existing Profiles: Update existing profiles by adding new crops from detection alerts.
Improved Navigation
Navigation enhancements include:
Single-Click Access: Reach critical contexts like Devices, Streams, and Rules in one click.
Persistent Contexts: Maintain workflow continuity as the system preserves page context during navigation.
Subject Filtering: Quickly filter detections by selecting a subject name from the alert view, creating a timeline of associated events.
Audit Logs
To enhance system accountability, detailed audit logs have been introduced:
Logs record user actions, timestamps, usernames, IP addresses, bearer tokens, and events.
Advanced log features enable deep dives into specific responses for comprehensive analysis.
Device and Camera Status Updates
Device status tracking has been enhanced to provide a more real-time update. Error messages now inherit both connected device and camera statuses, ensuring faster diagnostics and resolution.
Camera Settings
Fine-grained control over detection parameters is now available:
Adjustable face and body size thresholds allow better calibration for diverse camera scenes.
Improved Device Provisioning
Provisioning edge devices has become faster and more intuitive:
A streamlined process guides you through connecting devices to power and network, entering the MAC address, and completing setup seamlessly via the Oosto Protect website.
